All orders generally ship within three (3) - five (5) business days of purchase , unless otherwise noted. Custom items will be shipped within two-three (2-3) weeks after purchase date.
Melanin Jewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders.
All domestic shipments are made via USPS, and may be tracked once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.
